10:00 am - Shotgun Start
5:30 pm - Dinner, Raffle and Prizes

Fees and Format

$600 per foursome
$150 per golfer

Includes boxed lunch, green fee, dinner, and one door prize ticket

Mulligan tickets will be available for purchase at the rate of $5 per ticket.

Contest for Best Themed Hole!

This year's theme is 'Health Heroes Unite'. To match this year’s theme, we have assigned certain superheroes to certain types of holes. Table Sponsors must select their preferred superhero at the time of registration from the provided list. Once a superhero is taken, it’s gone. Whatever superhero a sponsor chooses/is assigned, their décor, food, or alcohol must match that superhero.

The best themed hole will be voted on by the golf committee and the winner will receive a free hole sponsorship for next year’s tournament!


Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to (916) 405-3595 or emailed to [email protected] prior to May 28, 2022. A $45 nonrefundable processing fee will be charged. Cancellations and non-attending registrants after May 28 will be responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged.
