About the MECH Study Group Series

The MECH Study Group Series is designed as a preparation tool for CSHE Facility members who desire to take the MECH test. There will be a total of seven study groups in this series, each one relating to one of the seven categories of healthcare maintenance work covered by the MECH test: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, general maintenance, HVAC/R systems, power plant/boiler, and safety and support services.

Subsequent study groups will be announced as they are scheduled.
