Hotel Booking

The hotel at the Crowne Plaza, Concord Walnut Creek, is $164/night. Reservations can be made by calling: (877) 270-1393 or booking at Crowne Plaza, Walnut Creek. Reservations must be made no later than Wednesday, October 9, 2019. Guests making reservations must identify themselves as being with the "California Society for Healthcare Engineering" group.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation by 9/18, or within 24 hours before the check-in date, then the hotel may charge the credit card for one night’s room fee, plus applicable taxes.

Institute Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be in writing and faxed to (916) 405-3595 prior to October 3, 2019. A $45 non-refundable processing fee will be charged. After October 3, cancellations and non-attending registrants are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged.
